Our Mission Possible

Trainers, Facilitators & Coaches

Updated: June 8th, 2008

Trainers

Judge Charles Webb, Trainer/Facilitator

This program was founded by Charles Webb. Charles, a former elected Justice of the Peace who is currently offering his services as a "visiting Judge" in Travis County Justice Courts.  Charles observed the Courts' limited resources and limited time with each teen often resulted in a revolving door of contact with "at risk" teens.  Charles determined that, in addition to the waste of human resources, the potential costs to society of failing to motivate teens in a positive direction, would be exponential.  He felt compelled to think outside the box and to attempt to find a better way.  He is now actively working to pull together community resources, individual volunteers, corporate and individual sponsors, and inspired facilitators to continue to develop a program that will surely change the lives of program participants and of those who volunteer their time and energy to changing lives.

Guy Monroe, Trainer/Facilitator

Guy is a public speaker, expression coach and explorer of human potential who develops the latest tools to release that potential. Guy’s vision is to assist in designing Our Mission Programs as well as developing teams of facilitators. He teaches teens that "showing up" means more than being physically present and asks students to question the limiting beliefs we hold as obstacles in our paths. Guy raises the awareness that what we believe about our life and our limitations might be a culturally perpetuated myth. Guy motivates youth  to learn more about their full potential and challenges them to show up and take charge of their lives and their future.
