Our Mission Possible

Management Team

Updated: June 6th, 2008

Charles R. Webb, J.D., Founder - Executive Director and C.E.O.

Charles received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas and went on to serve eight and a half years as elected Justice Court Judge.  Judge Webb, more recently, was an appointed as a "visiting" Justice Court Judge. Through his years of experience with truancy and delinquency, he recognized that a huge social crisis was upon us. When Judge Webb returned to the bench in a visiting capacity, it was apparent that the courts today are handling the descendants of those truants of the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, etc. The stories are the same and the endless cycle continues. He decided to devote his energies to finding new ways to motivate our youth to stay in school, to let them know that they could dream, and that their dreams are achievable. It is Judge Webb’s vision to create an organization that reaches out to other judges and the school systems, offering programs to ignite teen’s problem solving and leadership skills.

Guy Monroe, Co-Founder - Executive Vice President

Guy is a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, corporate trainer, expression coach, and explorer of human potential who develops innovative real-world tools designed to expand individual freedom of expression, thought, and reason. Guy’s vision is to assist in designing Our Mission Possible training programs as well as developing teams of facilitators. Guy teaches teens that "showing up" means more than being physically present and asks students to question the limiting beliefs we hold as obstacles in our paths. Guy raises the awareness that what we believe about our life and our limitations, might be a culturally perpetuated myth. Guy motivates people  to learn more about their full potential and challenges them to show up and take charge of their lives and their future.
